People gather outside Parliament Hill for 4/20 rally ahead of marijuana legalization

Hundreds of people gathered outside Parliament Hill on Friday to take part in the annual 4/20 rally. Unlike in past years, it’s a celebration for the upcoming marijuana legalization this summer and a protest of the government’s strict regulations.
