Outside a California court on Friday, Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti said he was confident that the civil case would move forward without delay. Despite Michael Cohen’s efforts to postpone the case after FBI agents raided his office and residence, Avenatti said the court observed “gaping holes” in the application submitted by Mr. Cohen and President Donald Trump.
