U.S. Senator makes history by casting vote while holding newborn daughter

U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth made Senate history on Thursday by being the first to cast a vote on the floor while holding her newborn daughter. The vote came a day after the Senate voted to allow babies on the chamber floor.
