Investors jittery over trade and regulatory environment

The Bank of Canada maintained its trend setting interest rate at 1.25 percent. Slightly slower growth in the first quarter was largely a result of new rules in the housing market and sluggish exports. But as Eric Sorensen tells us, interest rates are headed higher this year.
