West Kelowna resort may not open this summer because of landslides

The Seclusion Bay Resort in West Kelowna may be secluded from its customers this summer. It could be forced to close because of landslide activity. Unleashed by a torrent of ground water, the slides have damaged the resort property and its access road. Sandbag and earth dikes have been built to try to divert a new “creek” flowing through the resort.
