‘Leslieville Slasher’: East-end residents say there’s a serial tire slasher in the neighbourhood

Mon, Apr 9: Leslieville residents say over the last month car owners have been coming outside to flat tires and there’s a distinct puncture in the tires. Toronto police confirm they are investigating incidents of mischief but won’t say how many. Jamie Mauracher reports.
