Highway 40 outside of Repentigny was closed after a tractor dump-loader crashed into a pedestrian bridge Wednesday afternoon. As Global’s Dan Spector reports part of the overpass was dismantled quickly for the section of the Trans-Canada highway to be reopened ahead of Thursday morning’s rush hour.
