Wed, Apr 4: A Toronto lawyer who claims the federal government has a “pilot program” in place to help undocumented immigrants stay in the country says he’s right and others are wrong. The federal immigration minister, Ontario’s immigration minister and other immigration lawyers say no such program exists. As Sean O’Shea reports, at least one of the lawyer’s clients must leave the country after led to believe he could stay.
