Convent converted to low cost housing in Lachine

Wed, Apr 4: The main building of the Congrégation des Soeurs de Sainte-Anne in Montreal’s Lachine borough is being converted to low cost housing. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, part of the property will be transformed into a public park.
