B.C. to receive mobile emergency alerts starting April 6

British Columbians with an LTE signal will begin to receive emergency alerts on their cell phone starting April 6. Martin Belanger the director of public alerting at Pelmorex, the organization involved with the alert system, joined Global News Morning to talk about how it will work.
