South Edmonton intersection among 20 given failing grade for congestion

They have earned the title of Edmonton’s worst intersections and there’s a good chance one or more are part of your morning commute. Kent Morrison was live at 51 Avenue and 111 Street, which was one of 20 intersections given a failing grade because of how congested they can be during peak hours.
