Home inspector licensing fee increase

On April first the provincial licensing fee for home inspectors jumped 36% and it is scheduled to climb another 25% each year, for the next two years. Home inspector Paul Friesen joined Global News Morning to explain how those costs are getting passed on to the consumer.
