RCMP Sgt. Brian Topham of Evansburg, Alberta was grazed by a bullet and is recovering in hospital after a dramatic pursuit near Edmonton Thursday night. As Reid Fiest reports, officers were trying to arrest Abderrahmane “Adam” Bettahar, a suspect in a Calgary murder.
