The family of Kristine Cadieux, who was killed by a driver who fell asleep at the wheel today got the apology they were after. After some bungling by the Cornwall crown prosecutor’s office, Felix Laframboise was able to deliver a victim impact statement, and hear from the accused in the case. Mike Armstrong was in the courtroom for the emotional scene, and outside where it continued.
