Police say 2nd man wanted in attack on man with autism surrendered, calls on 3rd man to turn himself in

Peel police Const. Harinder Sohi said the second suspect wanted in an attack on a man with autism surrendered to police on Monday, and called on the third suspect to turn himself in because “it’s only a matter of time.”
