United Airlines CEO apologizes for death of French bulldog puppy on flight

The CEO of United Airlines apologized on Thursday for the death of a French bulldog puppy who died on board a plane after a flight attendant ordered it stowed in an overhead bin, saying “it should have never, ever happened.”
