Wed, Mar 21: Peel Police have identified a second suspect in the violent beating of a man with autism at a bus terminal in Mississauga. As Catherine McDonald reports, the accused — 21-year-old Parmvir Sign Chahil and 25-year-old Ronjot Sign Dhami — are both known to police in the lower mainland in B.C.
