Thu, Mar 15: Calgary’s Women in Need Society is facing its biggest challenge in its 25-year history. The charity, which helps local women, is up against a funding shortfall that has forced the closure of its family resource centres. As Sarah Offin reports, if $500,000 isn’t raised by May, the move could be permanent.
