U.S. House of Representatives pass ‘Stop School Violence Act’ as students walk out of class across country

The U.S. House of Representatives overwhelmingly passed the “Stop School Violence Act” on Wednesday to improve school security and provide better training on noticing warning signs, but nothing in the bill addresses guns, the exact issue that caused students to walk out of class across the country.
