Anti-violence advocate Louise Russo, who was left paralyzed from the waist down after she was struck by a stray bullet in 2004, said she is seeking the Liberal nomination to run in the upcoming election to become the MPP for York Centre. Alan Carter sat down with Russo to discuss what her plans would be, if she were elected.
