Black Balloons released over Kelowna

They call themselves “Moms Stop the Harm” and it’s a group no one wants to be a part of. Its members are Canadian mothers and families who have lost people they love because of substance abuse. They’ve declared March 6 Black Balloon Day to help raise overdose awareness. Jules Knox speaks with one family who is still dealing with the raw pain of losing a loved one.
