Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre looks to expand current location

The Charles H. Best Diabetes Centre moved into its Whitby heritage home a decade ago with the intention to expand the facility once it reached capacity. Now the centre is looking to raise $1,000,000 for the three-phase expansion project. Aaron Streck has more.
