North and South Korea to open talks aimed at easing nuclear tensions

For the first time in a decade, South Korea is sending a delegation to North Korea. The two countries will hold discussions aimed at easing the nuclear tensions on the Korean peninsula, and possibly spurring a dialogue between the rogue regime and U.S. President Donald Trump.
