There is some hope for the people inside the Syrian region of eastern Ghouta tonight. Starting tomorrow morning, a daily, five-hour ceasefire is due to allow injured residents to get out, and, possibly, aid to get into the rebel-held enclave. As Redmond Shannon reports, it’s Russia that set down the terms of this plan.
