Kelowna homeless struggle with near record cold

We are in for another cold night tonight, with temperatures in parts of the valley expected to hit minus 16. That means another challenging night for the Okanagan’s homeless. Some will seek warmth at a local shelter while others are determined cope outdoors. As Kelly Hayes reports, for some, surviving the cold snap can be downright dangerous. .
