What the former YMCA building looks like now

We get a glimpse into construction at the former YMCA. The 50 million dollar renovation by Atria Development, will convert the historic downtown building into about 140 loft-style apartments called “Y Lofts.” Officials say they are working to preserve much of the historical charm and character of the existing building and are hoping to have people moving in early 2019.
