Family of Kansas man facing possible deportation relieved after stay granted, but ‘upset and disappointed’

The family of a Kansas man who may soon be deported say they’re relieved that an emergency stay of removal has been granted as the chemist battles immigration officials’ efforts to deport him, but add they’re “upset and disappointed” after a judge first dissolved a temporary stay issued last week.
