Baby born with organs outside of his body has a long journey at ACH

Wed, Feb 7: Baby Klive was born with his organs outside of his body, but surgeons had to wait until Klive grew a bit before they could perform surgery to fix the problem. His bowel became infected, causing surgeons to operate a second time. At five months old, Klive remains living at the Alberta Children’s Hospital as he gets stronger and his body adjusts.
