MPs break parliamentary rule to sing gender neutral ‘O Canada’ inside House of Commons

Ottawa-Vanier MP Mona Fortier led Liberals in a singing of the senate approved gender neutral version of ‘O Canada’ inside the House of Commons on Thursday, breaking chamber rules that only permits the anthem be sung on Wednesdays.
