Mickaël Durand is originally from Brittany, France but now he owns and operates Mickaël’s Café Librairie in Lindsay, Ontario. After years of studying culinary arts and baking in France he came to Canada and eventually ended up on Kent Street. On this edition of CHEX Daily we meet Mickaël and even learn to bake a few treats of our own.
