Ontario court rules religious doctors must refer for medically assisted deaths

Doctors have the right not to provide assisted deaths on religious grounds, but the court says denying referrals deprives vulnerable patients equitable access to medical care. As Eric Sorensen reports, death with dignity advocates call it an important ruling for patients’ rights.
