BC government moves to restrict bitumen shipments

The B.C. government has fired another volley in the ongoing battle over the expansion of Kinder Morgan’s Trans-Mountain pipeline. The province now says it wants to restrict any increase in bitumen shipments through B.C. pending more studies into spill response.
