Churchill Part 1 – The high price of living in a community with no land line to the rest of the province.

The wash-out of the rail line to Churchill last spring has left the northern community in turmoil. More than feeling cut off from the rest of the province, people who live there have also had to get used to soaring food and gasoline prices.
