Catherine McKenna rebuffs new Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe’s carbon tax resistance

Barely a day after Scott Moe was named premier-designate of Saskatchewan, Environment Minister Catherine McKenna responded to his vow to resist the Trudeau government’s plan for a nation-wide carbon tax, saying they’ve been clear on putting a price on carbon that’s fair across the country.
