Pitching Canada as a place for international investors

Prime Minister Ttrudeau’s role in Davos — his office says — is to talk up Canada, and encourage investment. That pitch isn’t helped by the fact the U.S. has cut corporate and business tax rates — making it harder for Canadians to compete. Mike Le Couteur reports.
