Louise Anna Turpin and her husband David Allen Turpin have been charged with torture and child endangerment after their 13 children were found to be living in “horrific” conditions in Perris, CA. Elizabeth Jane Flores, Turpin’s estranged sister, sobbed during an interview on “Good Morning America” Wednesday as she explained what she would say to her sister if she could.
