Quebec City neighbourhood evacuated after flooding

Mon, Jan 15: A winter thaw and rain late last week caused major flooding over the weekend in Quebec City, forcing the evacuation of more than 35 homes. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, authorities are working hard to stop the flooding, but an ice jam on the St-Charles River is complicating matters.
