U.S. House passes NSA spying bill after Trump flip-flops on issue

Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives were left scrambling Thursday to pass a bill renewing the National Security Agency’s warrantless internet surveillance program after confusion earlier in the morning when President Donald Trump initially questioned the spying tool.
