Wed, Jan 10: A Burlington, Ont., woman who was using a nearly-new cellphone got a surprise on Sunday when her phone suddenly wouldn’t work anymore. She found out the cellphone had been blacklisted – meaning it was no longer usable. Sean O’Shea reports.
