‘It’s a slap in the face’: Alberta rancher says of Environment Lethbridge’s challenge to eat less meat

It’s known as “the green challenge.” One environmental organization is calling on Albertans to take part in what includes five actions over the course of 30 days, though one of them appears to have backfired.
