Fri, Dec 29: Tenants in an apartment complex in NDG are asking for help. There’s been virtually no heat in their building for two days now. As Global’s Sarah Volstad reports, while tenants are freezing inside their homes, building owners and Hydro-Quebec are pointing fingers at each other.
