Deep freeze prompts “snow emergency” in U.S.

Parts of the U.S. are not only facing record cold, but incredible amounts of snow. In some places, the national guard is helping dig people out. As Jennifer Johnson reports, just 6 days into the “official” start of Winter, some are already feeling worn out.
