Train hit speeds 80 km per hour above limit before derailing

Investigators are studying the circumstances behind the spectacular crash of a high-speed train on its inaugural run in Washington State. While there’s no doubt excessive speed is the cause, questions are being raised over why a key piece of safety technology wasn’t activated. Eric Sorensen reports.
