The 2017 Phoenix Community Heart Project is underway, sponsored by the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Members can attend daily to learn life skills – while at the same time helping those in need.
Susan Simmons is part of the program, and appeared on the morning show Monday to talk more about the warm up bags.
