Richmond prepares to honour fallen firefighter

Hundreds of firefighters from across the country will be in Richmond Monday morning to honour one of their own. Capt. Donald “Bryan” Kongus will receive a funeral with full honours after it was determined he died from PTSD related to his job. Paul Johnson has the story.
