Provinces to keep 75% of pot tax revenues

Canada’s Finance Ministers have a deal on dividing up tax revenues when pot is legalized next summer. The provinces and territories insisted they should get the lion’s share, but Ottawa argued the Feds had already made a big financial commitment. David Akin reports.
