A local music fan hoping to document Omemee’s “Neil Young ” experience ended up with his own side-story connected to a different Canadian rock-n-roll legend : Randy Bachman. Barry Killen knew there wasn’t a ticket to be had for Neil Young’s invite-only & intimate concert at Omemee’s Coronation Hall on December 1st. Still, he found the draw to “be near” the experience undeniable … as it was for about 4,000 other fans. His effort to connect with Canadian music history and a Canadian music icon did not go unrewarded… thanks to a found cellphone.
