Heart and Stroke foundation partners with Assembly of First Nations

Seeking to “close the gap” in healthcare and quality of life for those living on First Nations reserve, the Heart and Stroke foundation of Canada on Thursday signed a partnership agreement with the Assembly of First Nations to address heart disease and stroke in Indigenous communities.
