Parliamentary Poet Laureate recounts the Halifax explosion

Parliamentary Poet Laureate George Elliott Clarke reads a poem at the 100th anniversary of the Halifax Explosion. His poem recounts the minutes between the crash in the harbor and that blast that killed approximately 2,000 people.
