McConnell says taxes under Obama a ‘tutorial of what not to do’, touts tax bill

U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said Saturday that the new tax reform bill, passed earlier that day, would see the average U.S. family receive about $2,200 in tax relief and added that they “received a tutorial of what not to do” during the Obama administration.
